This was such an easy recipe for kids. My two-year-old could easily do the entire thing by herself. Kids loved chopping the banana and pouring all the ingredients into the blender. They especially loved pushing the button and watching everything blend together. The consistency probably wasn’t quite right because I let them push the button way more than the recipe told me to… but hey… they had fun right? Super yummy, healthy, great smoothies. And I didn’t even have to work for them 🙂
BLACKBERRY BANANA BLISS SMOOTHIE
Ingredients
- 1 Cup frozen blackberries
- 1/2 banana small
- 1/2 Cup Milk of choice
- 1-2 drops vanilla
Instructions

Put milk, then fruit, then vanilla in a blender

Pulse 3-4 times until desired consistency

ADULT PREP: Hardly anything. I just put the milk in a measuring cup in advance. Had to pour the smoothies into their cups. Super easy prep work.

KID TASKS: Peel and chop banana. Put all remaining ingredients in a blender and then push the button!
